Learn about vineyard winterization from third-generation vineyard manager, Art Robledo Jr.! The morning will start with a casual hike through the vines and instruction on how to properly prune grapevines as well as different trellising techniques. After the hike, guests will create rustic grapevine wreaths and enjoy a wine tasting with Alexia Pellegrini. Guests are encouraged to wear hiking boots and dress warmly!
