The bouquet bursts with ripe cantaloupe, ruby red grapefruit and peaches, underscored by white jasmine. Flavors of alpine strawberry, kiwi and honeydew melon dance across the tongue; balanced by background notes of mandarin orange rind. Enjoy anytime!
This Pellegrini Rosé was made primarily by whole cluster press method to produce a pink wine with optimum delicacy. Fermentation was completed in a stainless steel tank at low temperature and malolactic fermentation was suppressed to retain freshness and preserve aromatics.
