Join us Saturday, October 7th, from 12 to 3pm as we celebrate the release of our first-ever red sparkling wine. Our 2022 Olivet Lane Red Sparkling is 100% carbonic fermented estate-grown Pinot Noir, finished as bubbles. This wine displays notes of Rainier cherry, plum, Pink Dragon fruit, and hay straw on the nose. Black cherry, Pink lemonade, blueberry, and cranberry notes are balanced by hibiscus on the palate.
To show off this wine's wide range of versatility, local favorite Asian fusion restaurant, Bubble Cups, will prepare a trio of bites to pair with this highly anticipated new release. Experience includes a tasting flight & small bites.
