They say good things come to those who wait, and they must have been talking about the process of making this, our first Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wine. Grown here, aged here, laid down en tirage here and bottled here. After nearly three years, we have a very good thing to share with you.
Our Olivet Lane Unoaked Chardonnay is meant for one reason and one reason alone, to provide an unbiased demonstration of the beauty and grace of Chardonnay on this heritage vineyard.
Hand-crafted to perfection, our Olivet Lane Chardonnay involves modern-day winemaking techniques that capture the distinct characteristics of our historic estate vineyard.
Estate grown, carefully tended by hand from vineyard to bottle using artisanal methods with obsessive attention to detail.
Showing off an entirely new side (and shade) of Olivet Lane Pinot Noir.
An elegant rosé, which lingers long on the palate. In the nose, hibiscus, bright kiwi, and lemon cucumber provide contrast to soft round white nectarine. White raspberry and alpine strawberry highlight this subtle wine on the tongue, harmonized with mouth enveloping notes of cantaloupe.
Tank fermented chillable red, forgoing barrel aging. 100% carbonic maceration + native yeast fermentation. Bottled young; Drink young.
Late Harvest Chardonnay is made in a white port fashion, punctuating after-dinner cheese and desserts.
Clean and expressive. No oak, no malo. Pure Chardonnay.
Russian River Valley appellation blend. Abundance light cherry and rose petals, sustained by notes of tobacco and pine in the nose.
A fine balance of delicacy and structure, the Pellegrini 2019 Alexander Valley Zinfandel spills over with boysenberry, marionberry, nutmeg, and brambles on the nose. Firm tannins and light hints of clove provide a backdrop for black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate.
Our inaugural vintage of this wine shows off the depth of what the Chardonnay grape can do in dramatic fashion.
True varietal characteristics. Juicy honeydew melon, white peach, and apricot flavors crescendo on the lingering crisp finish.
Our inaugural release of Gamay, grown here in Sonoma County in Knights Valley. On the spectrum with Pinot Noir as a fantastic food wine.
Powerful in the nose, with notes of currants, dark berries, and brambles.
Hurst Vineyard is the most versatile pinot noir in the Pellegrini single-vineyard portfolio.
