Pellegrini-Olivet Lane Sparkling Release - II. La Bionda

Join us Saturday, August 12th, from 12pm - 3 pm as we celebrate the release of our second Olivet Lane Sparkling - La Bionda. This delightful Blanc de Blanc is 100% chardonnay, exuding bright acidity and delicate hints of pear, cantaloupe, and Meyer Lemon perfectly balanced by fresh baked croissant. 

This release event is a celebration of 3 years of hard work, passion, and dedication — from farming our estate Chardonnay grapes, aging the wine, laying it in tirage, to disgorgement — all completed here at our estate. A labor of love that we are thrilled to finally share with you.

Includes tasting flight and bites, and generous pour of sparkling upon arrival.
